Core Crusher Workout [VIDEO]

Core crusher with CK today.  There’s no intervals here with this workout, yes there’s a lot of 30 sec drills but other stuff mixed in it too.. so just follow a long with us at home or if your taking the breakdown below with you then set it to a timer that you wanna work.  Maybe 30 sec rounds or 1 min if your really advanced.  Just make sure you push through all the sets and really squeeze each muscle.  Now this workout is great cause we are doing all this plank work before we even flip it to the front to do abs.. so when you et to those abs your really going to feel it.

Breakdown :

  • Plank hold
  • plank suicides
  • 4. point hold (on all 4 limbs) – 1 leg up then alternate
  • Plank punches
  • Plank walks – left and right, up and down
  • Supermans (add some holds)
  • Plank hold
  • Plank pushups (plank – up to pushup -back down to plank)
  • Plank drops
  • Crunches
  • Butt lifts
  • Heel touches
  • Bicycle
  • Right side plank – hip raise – 1 leg up – knee to elbow squeezes
  • Left side plank – hip raise – 1 leg up – knee to elbow squeezes

There you go thats the breakdown and the workout!!   TRAIN HARD!!!
